HOW YOU CAN HELP

SkyTruth partners with other organizations – particularly nonprofits, academic researchers and government entities – to improve our understanding of environmental issues, focus our efforts on the most pressing concerns where imagery can shed light on the subject, and leverage our expertise with the skills and knowledge of others.

We're also seeking volunteers to join the SkyTruth revolution! We'll be happy to put you to work, using your talents to help us illuminate our world.

REQUEST FOR PARTNERS/COLLABORATORS

Skytruth is built around a small central office to minimize our operating costs, and maximize our flexibility and responsiveness. To meet the growing demand for remote sensing projects and services in the environmental community, we are building a network of expert practitioners and partners. SkyTruth operates through formal and informal partnerships with other organizations – nonprofits, academic researchers and government entities – to help develop products and applications of remote sensing for environmental advocacy and communications.

We see great potential to ally with groups that specialize in media and public outreach, NGOs that provide complementary services with remote sensing and GIS, and professional coalitions that share data and knowledge. We welcome your thoughts and suggestions regarding possible partnership with your organization.
